The Future of Bookkeeping

The Bookkeeping Event of the year is fast approaching.  We are looking forward to seeing you at our 5th Annual Conference.  We have worked over the last 7 years on setting the guidelines for the Bookkeeping Profession in New Zealand.  Join us and participate in creating our vision for the Future of Bookkeeping.

We hope you can join us!

This year our conference theme is “The Future of Bookkeeping”
We will go on a journey over the two days where we look at how Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence could impact our Bookkeeping Services, the way ongoing Education enables us to grow and the role it plays in defining Bookkeeping as a Profession, Create for ourselves what The Future of Bookkeeping can look like and go through a Trajectory Planning session on how to get there.

We also have sessions designed to look at what NZBAI is doing for its members, Strategy for its future growth & activities and how we will grow our Standards, Education & Support resources with plenty of time for your input

As if that isn’t enough, we will hear from one of our Awards winners from 2016, take a look at how flexible working is evolving and as requested by our members, learn some tips on how we can help our customers prevent Fraud & Theft.

Want to add your voice to creating "The Future of Bookkeeping?"

Take the opportunity to make an active contribution to what is going on in your profession, learn from experts and each other and best of all network with like-minded people.

AGM

This will be held on Saturday during the Conference, so if you are a Certified Member, this is your opportunity to contribute. There will be an opportunity for you to be nominated for a voluntary position on the Executive Committee during the notification process.  If you would like any information before then, please email secretary@nzbookkeepers.co.nz with your questions.

Annual Awards

Want to be recognised?
Now is the time to showcase your business and get recognition for all your hard work!

How does it work?
We have eight award categories which are received confidentially and judged only by the sponsor of the award. No other member of NZBAI has access to or sees the applications and our Event Co-ordinator forwards them for judging without reading the content.

As it is so popular, the awards will be presented throughout the conference and once again you don't need to be an existing member of the NZBAI - Employee, Associate, Certified, Business or Bookkeeping Business - to submit an award application, but you will need to attend the Conference to meet the criteria. you may submit your own or have clients nominate you. Go for it!

We are counting down the days until conference - we look forward to seeing you there!
